How much will a mobile home cost me? 
The prices of our mobile homes on the French Riviera vary according to whether they are new or pre-owned. Contact us to find out the various prices available. . 

What is included in the price for a mobile home? 
Your mobile home is delivered, installed, levelled and connected. 

What do I need to pay for the plot where my mobile home will sit? 
Depending on the size of the plot and the length of the contract, rents start at €5,775. In addition to this, you will have to pay for the water and electricity costs as measured by your individual meters.

What do I need to pay for water and electricity? 
Your mobile home comes with a water and an electricity meter, and your personal consumption is invoiced at the current prices. 

What are the applicable taxes? 
Mobile homes, provided they are installed on a 1 to 5 star campsite, are not subject to any council tax. Mobile homes are not liable for property tax. However, you will have to pay the traditional tourist tax (about 70 euros per year).

What happens when I’m not there? 
Our on-site team look after and maintain the campsite year-round. They can respond to all your needs: reception, maintenance, works, etc. 

What happens if I want to sell my mobile home? 
You can sell your mobile home. Contact the campsite management to review the transfer of ownership terms.
